Mummy's cousin Lian You was celebrating his 21st birthday, mummy offer to book the function in our condo to celebrate his birthday. Gerrard was running amok throughout for a good 4hours from 6pm all the way till 10pm.

Yi Yi somehow manage to get Gerrain to start taking her 1st few steps.

Not forgetting those nice friendly smiles that daddy manage to capture for that night.

And not forgetting mummy dearest best pose of the night!!

Well, Dad n Mummy book the function room to celebrate my birthday. Wow, didn't expect there to be so much guest today. The food was from Kriston, the company that mummy and daddy got to know each other from. Everyone was commenting the food was so yummy, I even tasted some of the laska, PASSED!!

I am 1 Year old today!! Hooray, daddy is bringing me to the Zoo Zoo Zoo....we are going to the Zoo Zoo Zoo. I am so excited today. We met up with Auntie Weenee family at the entrance before we head into to look at all the animals. It was so fun, I was so happy and was enjoying myself.

I was so tired in the end as I did not sleep the whole day. Once daddy put me back in my pram, I dozed off within seconds....really 1, 2, 3 and I am knock out.

Today its Father's day, so we brough daddy and ye ye to Sakura Buffet at Downtown east. I overheard them saying that the food is not very nice. Anyway, I this is the first time I trying out eating an apple on my own.

Must be wondering who Gerrain is? Gerrain is my younger sister who will be due in Mid Nov. While mummy is waiting for her turn for check up, I walk around the clinic to check out what are the things I could do. I found this play corner to keep myself busy.

Nowadays technology is so advance, the doctor did a scan and save all the pictures of the Gerrain in a CD and pass to us. This is how my sister look at 4~5 mths old. Look carefully at the pictures and you will see some discription if that is the head, heart, hand or legs.

2nd Overseas Trip

How lucky I am, maybe Gerrain is even luckier, she in mummy stomach already go tour. This is my 2nd trip overseas. This time we are taking a cruise to Phuket. Auntie Rose comment that she never seen a baby like me who is less than year old can sit quietly and watch the whole magic performance. Mummy also make me wear a bumble bee clothing that make everyone turn and look at how cute am I.

King of Gambler in the Making

Actually, my mahjong education started a long way back. When I was just 3 months old, not born hor, I am refering to my I am 3 months old when I was in my mummy stomach that time. Mummy already training me to play mahjong by making me understand mahjong language like pong, kang, chi, kao etc. Almost every weekend until about 8 months then I got my mahjong study break.

But now is my BIG BREAK!! Look at how steady I am on the mahjong table. Don't I look cool, all the mahjong style I also got already. Now just to get some experience.

Early Mother's Day Celebration

Well, daddy bought mummy and ma ma (grandma) to eat buffet to celebrate mothers's day early. We had to even wait 30 mins just to get a seat as the place was full. No choice lor. Dad took the opportunity to take photo, Auntie Citi quickly grab me and keep saying want to a photo with me. Of course, being the handsome me must put on the best smile lah.

I saw my cousin Kaixuan did this while waiting for our turn to eat. Hmm....See how fast I learn all those cheeky stuff.

Remember Dad bought me the Liverpool Jersey, actually he bought for everyone just for this photoshoot. Mum was commenting that dad was crazy. But actually photo also turn out to be quite nice..hee hee.

Hospitalise!!

Hiaz, cough and phlegm make Gerrard a sick boy. Was coughing for the past 2 weeks. Doesn't seems to go off no matter what medication the GP gave me. Take medicine, vomit, cry...all doesn't seems to work. Mum n Dad decide enough suffering and brought me to see my PD, suggest that I hospitalise so that it don't get worse. Dad and Mum decide to play safe and hospitalise me instead so that I can recover faster.

Aunt Rosalyn Birthday!!

Uncle victor and Auntie Jessie(our neighnours) brought BB sabrina to my house on the night of 2nd day of CNY. BB sabrina was born exactly 1 mth later than me. So Mummy suggest that we pose for a photo. But in the end, she got to take many shots as it's either she who is looking at me, or i looking at her.

Auntie Cerine

Auntie Cerine was employed by Mummy especially from Philippines to come to look after me. She came to Singapore on the 14th Jul 2006. So far, she takes great care of me, attending to my meals, bathing, etc. Even got to read "flash cards" to me in the afternoon. Mummy tell her to concentrate to take care of me when all are out working,and to do housework only when Daddy and Mummy take over to looking after me

GymBabes at Tumble Tots

Dad and mummy bought me to my "1st school" in my life, and enrolled me in this programme called .

Well the session started off with Daddy helping me to warm up.

Then it is really all up to me, mummy and daddy exploring the place with help from the jie jie at Tumble Tots. I did try alot of stuff, but as I was kinda of lazy, and only started crawling, it is was more of mummy and daddy moving my leg then I walking or crawling. Dinner at Marine Square

On the 6th Feb 2006, Mummy, Daddy and "yeye" brought me to marine square. dad dad thought there might be some "pasar malem" near the riverside. But don't have loh. So in the end, we ended up having to have dinner there instead.

The food was "so so" but at least i have the mood to pose for photo....Daddy is a good phtographer. See! He managed to capture my best smile together with "yeye". I was also drooling as i smile...hehe

My GrandPa & Grandma

This is my darling Grandpa and Grandma. My grandpa is not staying with me. But he make it point, whenever possible, he will come to see me. At the same time, he will also deliver dinner to us. He will bring me to the pool for walks and pat me to sleep. Everytime,before he goes hm, he will always give me a "microphone" loud loud kiss. MUACK!!!

My Grandma has to workill 8pm, thus she is not able to come and play with me everyday. But it's ok as she and grandpa will stay over usually on weekends.

I love to see them as they always bring me for walks....

My pretty "ah Ma" is so fortunate, so young already has 5 grandchildren.

The oldest is 13 yr old, and the youngest-me is only 4mths old(photo was taken in oct 2006)

My Ah ma stay with me since i was born. She gave me a nickname call "sayang" when i respond everytime she calls. My ah gong passed away in 2001, way before i was born. But Mummy and Daddy make it a point to bring me to pay respect to ah gong whenever possible.

She is a strong woman, and i admire her alot.

Daddy always say that it's time for me to learn how to drink myself. So one day, while we were shopping in Marine Parade, Daddy chose a "Mag Mug" for me.

First trip overseas-Genting

When I was 5mths +,Daddy and Mummy brought me to Malaysia-Genting. This was LAO the first time I went overseas.

As the weather was kind of cold there, so mummy dressed me up in thick jackets almost every day. So even for a 3 day 2 night trip, Mummy packed 2 luggage bag containing mainly my stuff. Daddy say Mummy very "kia su".

We went in a coach with many people-grandpa, grandma,ah ma, kai kai,auntie mabel, and auntie weenee's family. 15 of us in total-what a crowd!

In both photos, you can hardly see my face as i was covered by the jackets that i was wearing.

The journey to Genting

The journey to Genting was quite long-about 5 hrs. Most of the time,i was sleeping. And when i say sleeping-it's sleeping that no one can wake me up.

My daddy 'dolled' me up while i'm aslept to make this shot possible.

When i'm awake, daddy and mummy would play with me. I was laughing and gigling at the funny faces they made just to keep me entertained. Who says baby get cranky if the journey is too long. I am one such baby that is the opposite.

Mummy tell daddy not to being me to the pool without my wetsuit, cause i might not be use to the cold water. Hiaz, see lah,i start to cry when daddy put me in the water.

At last, i stop crying.... hmm... swimming in the pool is not so bad after all. Hey, watch out, water going into my ears. Hopefully, i will learn to like swimming, but in my "wetsuit"

My "incredible" Daddy

Many a times, after a baby was born, most of the time is the woman(mummy,ah ma,grandma or auntie cerine) will do the bathing,changing of diaper etc for the baby. For my case, Mummy is breast-feeding me, and also she went back to work after just 4 weeks. So Daddy have to take up her role then.(what to do, she loved Mummy and bb gerrard).

I was "wrapped" up by Daddy.See, he's so professional.Unlike Mummy who don't even know how to wrap me properly

Everyday i need to bath 2 times(ah ma say bathing will make me feel better which is pretty true as i LOVE water). At first, the arrangement was that auntie wee nee or Ah ma will bath me. But Daddy find that the arrangement is not feasible(auntie wee nee does not stay with us/Ah ma needs to work), so he decided to bath me himself.

Wow, daddy is so "steady". i will grade him 100 marks till.... WHY U TURN ME UPSIDE DOWN?I hate that position so i cry out loud....Auntie Cerine finally come from Philippines on the 14th JULY. So officially taking over after AH MA and Daddy trained her up. She is then the person that is taking care of me when everyone else go to work.

The day I was Born

I was named "Gerrard" by my darling Daddy the very day the gynae confirmed that i am a BB Boy.

At first, Mummy strongly objected to the name. She said that the name sounds like "garage". But ultimately she gave in....(what to do, she's the little woman behind daddy in the family).HAHA!

Mummy always say that i am the "best" little bb in the world. When I was in her tummy, except for the many kicks that i played with Mummy, I behaved myself very much.

On the 6th Jul 2006. I was ready to come out to see the world. That day, luckily mummy woke up to go to loo. Else, she wouldnt have know that i am coming out at anytime. Unlike normal circumstances,Mummy didnt get to have the usual contractions/water bag burst....She still take her own sweet time to bath and do her things. She drank chicken essence as she heard from "ah ma" that will give her strength to push me out. That "chicken essence" saved my darling mummy from all pain as she is busy vommiting, thus too busy to even feel the pain when she pushing me out.

At last, after 8 pushes, BB Gerrard is out to see the world. Daddy was shocked as he expect mummy would scream or even scratch him but Mummy did neither, and even can talk to the gynae, asking when to push.

Hurray!!!! I was born. A 3.215kg BB handsome boy.

This photo was taken right after mummy was warded into the room. Mummy still look so fat...keke, she put on 32 kg when she's pregnant(85kg). She always complain to daddy how much she has to sacrifice just to bring me to this world. Poor Daddy has to listen to her endless complains. Hiaz... I must grow up to be a good,healthy boy to make all sacrifice worth.
